Eleanor Roosevelt


(1884 – 1962) Full name: Anna Eleanor Roosevelt. An American social activist, first lady and the wife of US President Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Also she was regarded as "one of the most esteemed women in the world" and the longest-serving First Lady of the United States. President Harry S. Truman later nicknamed her the "First Lady of the World" in tribute to her human rights achievements.
